SIZING YOUR PET: Measure your pet’s neck with a tape measure, starting at the nape (or back) of the neck. The tape measure should be loose around the neck but without extra slack. We recommend adding one inch to the neck measurement to ensure a comfortable fit. Your pet’s necklace will look most attractive if it hangs a little below the neckline, but not so low that your dog or cat can chew on it. Necklaces should fit looser than a collar. Choose the size below that most closely matches your pet.

All necklaces have an extra inch of adjustment links that may be removed if not needed.
**For large dogs please email your measurements, and we will respond with a special order price for your approval.

Each of our necklaces is created individually, just for you, based on the designs shown.  Your necklace may vary slightly from the picture for three reasons.  First, the stones we use are natural, and each is unique in nature with slight variations in colour.  Secondly, the arrangement of beads may be slightly different for each necklace size.  And lastly, glass bead availability may necessitate minor substitutions.

** Due to the nature of animals we are not responsible for wear and tear. All necklaces are made with strong nylon coated jewellers’ wire and silver- plated clasps. Please note: Our necklaces are not meant to replace your pet's collar and should not be attached to leashes. Necklaces should not be left on your pet if they are to wander or exercise unattended outside. These adornments are for those times when your pet is to look and feel his or her best!

Terms of Service and Shipping:
Orders shipped to British Columbia will be subject to 7% PST. Orders shipped to other parts of Canada will be subject to 0 % tax. USA and international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 2 weeks of receiving it, you are welcome to return it. However, we do not refund the cost of shipping. It is your responsibility to ship your purchase back to us.
